LF6003環(huán)境親和性涂料

簡(jiǎn)要介紹

復(fù)合涂料，具有很高的耐火度和優(yōu)良的抗粘砂性能，在很大程度上除去缸體缸蓋等鑄鐵件的脈紋缺陷。流涂后涂層均勻無(wú)流痕，也可用于浸涂。

適用范圍

適用于各種樹(shù)脂自硬砂、覆膜砂和冷（熱）芯盒砂型芯等，適用于生產(chǎn)各種中小型鋼件和大中型鑄鐵件。

使用方法

用水稀釋并攪拌均勻，調(diào)節(jié)至使用密度，浸涂，干燥溫度170~180℃。

注意事項(xiàng)

有效期6個(gè)月，密閉且勿與其它涂料相混。

包裝

桶包裝，35Kg/桶。

LF6003 ENVIRONMENTAL AFFINITY COATING 

BRIEF-INTRODUCTION

This is composite coating. It has high refractoriness and good anti-sand-sticking property. It can be largely eliminates the veins defects of cylinder block and head iron castings. It can be smoothly and flat painted and have good permeability and can also be used to dipping.

APPLICATIONS

It is suitable for all types of the hard sand, precoated sand, cold (hot) core boxes, small(medium) carbon steel castings and large and medium-sized iron castings.

USAGE

Dilute it in water and mix it round properly. Dry it between 170℃ and 180℃.

NOTICE

Quality guaranteed in half year. Sealed and do not mix with other coatings.
